Who is responsible?

Gallis Networks is the public-facing brand for this website, serving Hereford and the surrounding area, with remote work across the UK. The operator’s legal identity, correspondence address and privacy email have not yet been confirmed. See business details. This notice is not final until those details are provided.

Information processed when you browse

GitHub Pages hosts this website and receives technical connection information, such as IP address, request details and browser information, to serve and protect it. Images, fonts and the main website files are hosted with the site. We have not installed analytics, advertising pixels or visitor profiling scripts. GitHub’s own processing is described in its privacy statement.

Enquiries and lawful basis

The inactive form does not send your entries. When enabled, it will ask for name, email, business or project type, service required and project details. Phone number and postcode are optional. Please do not include passwords, access codes or sensitive personal information.

We propose using details to respond, prepare a quote and arrange agreed work. Where you request a quote for yourself, necessary processing can be based on steps at your request before a contract. Enquiries on behalf of a business and general correspondence require a documented legitimate-interests assessment before this form opens. We do not use enquiry details to enrol you in marketing.

Form and security providers

Formspree’s public endpoint and Cloudflare Turnstile’s public site key are configured, but delivery is disabled pending verification. Once enabled, Formspree will receive submissions and deliver them to the selected business mailbox. Turnstile will process browser and connection signals to help distinguish people from automated requests. The mailbox provider has not been selected.

See Formspree’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Provider retention, processor agreements, locations and any international-transfer safeguards must be checked before activation. No email password or secret API key belongs in this website.

Social feeds stay unloaded until you allow the individual provider in Cookie settings and select its Load posts button. TikTok, Facebook and X may receive your IP address and browser information, set cookies and associate browsing with an existing account. Bluesky’s public API and image service receive technical connection information when its posts load; the website does not sign you into Bluesky. Instagram is a direct profile link only.

Loaded Bluesky posts refresh every five minutes while the page is visible. Withdraw permission in Cookie settings to remove the relevant feed and stop further refreshes. Withdrawal cannot undo information already received or delete a provider’s cookies. See our cookie policy for controls and provider information.

How long information is kept

Cookie choices are recognised for up to 180 days on this browser. Expired preferences are removed when this website next checks them; you can remove them sooner through browser settings. Form entries are not deliberately saved in this site’s browser storage, although your browser may retain autofill or restored form content.

Proposed retention, awaiting approval: unsuccessful enquiries would be deleted six months after the last substantive contact, unless needed for a specific dispute or legal obligation. Project, payment and legal records need a separate approved schedule. Provider logs and backups follow their own terms; their periods have not yet been verified. We will publish the agreed schedule before enabling enquiries.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw optional social consent at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Requests need a working privacy contact, which is outstanding; one must be published before enquiries open.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will update this page when our processing changes and show the revision date. Material new optional uses will require a fresh choice where applicable.
